Most Coaches come into coaching because it is a soul calling! They want to make a difference to people's lives! What is not always considered is that you have to build a business! We will share with you the key components of Building a Successful Business, as well as enhancing your skill set as a Coach.
As well of all of this you will have co-working space, goal setting, accountability, and an opportunity to hold sessions in Unity Community plus so much more!

Every month there will be a schedule of Calls for you to attend. You do not have to attend all calls, you just pick the ones that feel in alignment to help you create routines and build your business, cultivating a success mindset. 1:1 Coaching Call
You have the opportunity to book in a 1:1 Coaching Session with me, to get you on track with your future vision.
This will allow me to get to know you and what your goals and dreams are for your Business and Personal Life. We uncover the fears and look at what is holding you back from reaching your greatest potential and create a plan to get you moving!
All members have the opportunity to book in a 1:1 Coaching Session every quarter.
Human Design Energetic Business Blueprint
Unique Human Design Energy Blueprint. These are written in easy to understand language, so you do not have to be an expert in Human Design.
The report will explain how to work with your unique energy and also any potential shadows. Understanding this will allow for quicker transformation and the ability to move through blockages faster in your Personal and Business life.
Understand your Human Design in Business with Leanne MacDonald
Each month Leanne MacDonald will be breaking down your unique human design profile, teaching you how to understand and work with your human design chart. Learn how you can activate your unique profile to enhance your business growth & empowerment through the embodiment of Human Design.
No experience of Human Design necessary- Leanne teaches Human Design in an easy to understand way! You will have your unique blueprint to work through!
Circle of Presence with Karen Ramsay-Smith
As coaches, it’s vital that we maintain a deep level of focus and presence. These monthly sessions will help you to stay connected with the whispers of your soul, improve your relationship with yourself and with your clients.
Together we will connect with your personal sacred island within. Through mindfulness and quiet breathwork, visualisation, deep listening and meditation, the circle is a space to stay open, connect with your heart and receive and to relate to the natural flow of life itself.
Monday Business Goals and Weekly Set Up- Planning Session
This call is perfect for getting you focused for the week ahead. This is a space to get the to-do list created, your appointments booked in, calls scheduled, emails sent, focus on your goals for the week ahead!
This a short session for you to get into the habit of managing your own life! Focusing on what you want to achieve in the week ahead and blocking in the time to take the action.
Monthly Goal Setting and Review Session
Setting goals for your Business is so important! They allow you to create a vision and a plan for how you are going to achieve your dream life! This is setting the action plan in order for you to have something to work towards!
This session has you look at the statistics of your business and create a plan for future growth as well as finding time in your diary to create the memories, to live a beautiful life and have fun!
Co-Working Sessions
2 x 1 hour sessions of accountability! We start the call with sharing what we are working on, we have one hour to get focused and take action! This is a no procrastination zone! You get so clear and focused on your work by taking the Action!
If anyone needs support with figuring something out, they can ask the group for support!
This is a great session for creating content, writing a plan/course etc! Show up and do the work on your Business.
Hot Seat Coaching
If you have a burning question or an area that you are stuck, this is the session for you! Hot seat coaching allows you to voice out what is going on and get the support to move through whatever is holding you back.
We encourage open discussion from group members, everyone sharing and growing in wisdom.
Business Masterclasses
One of the core values of Unity Coaching Collective is Constant and Never-ending Learning! These sessions allow you to break down the components of your Business, in order to build your skillset as a Business owner.
We will look at Business planning, your ideal customer, your mission, your values, your social media, sales, marketing and so much more!
Inner Work Session
One of the core components of being an exceptional coach is to be willing to do your own inner work! In these sessions we will look at healing your inner child, imposter syndrome, self confidence, self worth, self belief, the list is endless!
We allow a space for you to voice what is going on for you, you are not alone. Having the courage to share vulnerably allows healing for not only you- but the whole collective.

Unity Community is the partner to Unity Coaching Collective. Unity Community is a Personal Development Membership. Where the goal is Life Transformation!
The Community will host Morning Routine Calls, Sharing Circles, Wellness sessions, Meet up's, Book Club and so much more- you can learn all about it HERE
